Every day, she rushes back and forth between fashion stores, a daycare center, and a nursing home to supervise her staff’s work and, if necessary, lend a hand herself. In doing so, she constantly mediates between clients, company management, and the cleaning staff. After she tries to poach an employee from a key subcontractor, the subcontractor threatens to withdraw his support unless he is given more hours and a higher share of revenue. In order to meet these demands, Heike finds herself increasingly caught in a conflict between her responsibility toward her own employees and the harsh conditions of the low-wage sector—and is steadily reaching her limits.A film by Kilian Armando Friedrich | Germany 2026 | 93 minDate: October 8, 2026Time: 7:30 p.m.Admission: €9.50Tickets: Available directly at the box officeLocation: City Kino Steyr" image: "https://www.upperaustria.com/fileadmin/user_upload/upperaustria/Logo_upperuastria_RGB_300x300px_Websites.png" date: 2017-02-22 modified: 2026-03-18 --- # Movie Night - I Understand Your Frustration Movie Night - I Understand Your Frustration ============================================= 08.10.2026 / 19:30- 21:30 Steyr, City Cinema Steyr Vergnügungsveranstaltung, Filmvorführung/Kino ![](https://assets.tourdata.at/260x195/446041/C3F910962B50650EF317EE603AA879B91C23F119D533021E9BADD82E32692262/city-kino-steyr.jpg) Open copyright © City Kino Steyr Close copyright [ ![A modern logo of the City Cinema.
