On the trails, you’ll find a variety of short and long runs as well as targeted uphill and downhill technique training. You’ll return from the camp feeling stronger, more focused, and with noticeably greater confidence . Equipped with effective breathing techniques, meditation practices, and mental strategies for your sport and everyday life. What is neuromental training? Neuromental training is a scientifically grounded training method that combines insights from neuroscience, psychology, behavioral therapy, and neurodidactics. It is based on our brain’s ability to change and adapt throughout our lives (neuroplasticity). Through targeted mental exercises, athletes learn to consciously control their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
