Understanding the Bible Better—Discover the Historical Background

 The Bible is a fascinating book, but the books of the Old and New Testaments come from a completely different culture and a different time. To better understand God’s Word, it helps to know the historical context.
In our open Bible discussion group, we’ll delve deeply into this fascinating world.
We’ll take a look at the lives of people in ancient Israel and the early Church. How did they think? What political and social challenges shaped their times? Against this backdrop, the ancient stories take on new meaning for our own time.

Whether you’ve been reading the Bible for a long time or are just starting out, you’re warmly invited! Bring your questions and thoughts with you.
