For those who already know the forms, there will also be an opportunity to brush up on the weapon forms from previous summer camps. - In the morning, a **Taiji sword form** (Yang style) and a **Kung Fu staff form** (Hu Sheng Gun) will be taught; participants must choose between them. These are somewhat easier forms. - In the afternoons, a **Taiji staff form** and a **Kung Fu fan form** will be taught. - Before the forms, Taiji and Kung Fu basics will also be taught in parallel—again, on an optional basis.
