To this day, the class has maintained its firm place in international regatta racing and is considered a symbol of stylish sailing at the highest level.At last year’s Dragon National Championship, the Portuguese team—comprising Michael Zankel (CNC), Diogo Preina, and Joan Rosa—secured the title of “2025 International Champion of Austria in the Dragon Class.” The national championship title was won by Peter Resch (UYCAs), Justin Kurz (UYCAs), and Willibald Hauer (UYCAs), who thereby secured the gold medal.The attached photos were taken at last year’s Austrian National Dragon Championship, which was also held at the UYCAs.
