The menu features, among other items, corn esquites, Baja scallop aguachile, birria, ribeye tacos, and a Golden Tide tostada with yellowfin tuna and caviar. Wines, tequila, cocktails, and micheladas will be available to accompany the meal. The **ticket price is €100 per person** and includes food, water, coffee, the atmosphere, and entertainment. Additional drinks will be billed on-site based on consumption. The menu includes, among other items, **Corn Esquites** with corn, epazote, butter, Cotija cheese, and morita mayonnaise, as well as **Baja Scallop Aguachile** with scallops, lime, cilantro, cucumber, and serrano chili. For tacos and tostadas, the menu features **Taco de Rib Eye a la Parrilla**, **Birria de Jalisco**, an **avocado tostada**, and the **Golden Tide Tostada** with yellowfin tuna and caviar.
