Gentle, mindful yoga poses—with time to linger and let go—meet the subtle touch of craniosacral therapy. This combination supports your nervous system, provides deep relaxation, and invites you to fully connect with yourself.

 Fridays in July and August
8:00–9:30 a.m. (weather permitting)Location: Loibichl Swimming Area, Maierhof 1, 5311 Innerschwand

Come dressed however you feel comfortable, and feel free to bring your own mat.
