This milestone will be celebrated with a special exhibition featuring top-tier artists in July, August, and September—under the annual theme: “Thank goodness for mük.” About every two months, the mük presents a solo exhibition featuring a different artist. And in the summer and in December, thematically organized group exhibitions are held—such as “glasklar” last summer, where several glass artists showcased their different approaches to the material.Since October 2016, around 60 exhibitions have already taken place. Being selected to exhibit at the mük is highly sought after, and the waiting list is long. The Charm of Diversity Diversity is a hallmark of the mük, and just as varied as the products in the sales rooms across the three floors have been the exhibitions to date—each carefully curated by Carin Fürst, with support from Karin Geishofer, who have showcased the art objects in their best light. This year, the two curators are taking a look back and presenting their favorite pieces from the past 10 years. Choosing from such a wealth of beautiful works was truly a difficult task for them. **Highlights from 10 Years** On display now is a balanced mix of two- and three-dimensional exhibits, made from a wide variety of materials, blending aesthetics and humor, from exhibitions both recent and past, by both female and male artists. Visitors to the mük can look forward to these highlights from 10 years. As always, the exhibited artworks are available for purchase.
