Look forward to a variety of sports activities, interesting exhibitors, and a diverse program for every fitness level. The 2026 Fit & Fun Day is all about exercise, health, and shared experiences. On both event dates—July 25 and August 22, 2026—participants can look forward to a varied fitness and health event at the sports field near the school in St. Georgen im Attergau.The program includes short, intense workout sessions lasting about 30 to 40 minutes. Activities on offer include endurance sports, strength and interval training, functional fitness, high-intensity training, breathing techniques, ice bathing, yoga, and Pilates. This gives visitors the opportunity to learn about and try out various forms of exercise. In addition to the athletic activities, information and tasting booths provide additional highlights. Numerous exhibitors will present products and services related to health, well-being, and an active lifestyle. Attractive goodie bags, a raffle, and snacks and drinks round out the offerings. The Fit & Fun Day is aimed at beginners, recreational athletes, and ambitious athletes alike. The focus is on the joy of movement, training together, and discovering new ways to lead an active lifestyle.
