Has a strong positive effect on physical and mental health. **What awaits you:** ● Arrive: Short "mindfulness walk" to the forest site. ● Letting go: Gentle swinging in high-quality hammocks. ● Immerse yourself: Guided meditation accompanied by special sound frequencies that calm the nervous system. ● Reflect: Conclude together in the silence of the forest. **Dates & booking:** ● Fixed dates: Every Wednesday at 6:30 pm (except in case of rain) From April to October (weather permitting) ● Individual: Private sessions for groups, companies or couples possible at any time on request! ● Number of participants: max. 4 people ● Meeting point: Filzmoser Chapel parking lot, 4574 Vorderstoder ● Duration: approx. 60 minutes ● Contribution: € 25 per person (incl. hammock hire) **What to bring along:** ● If you want to be a little cozier, a cushion and a blanket ● Please choose clothing according to the weather.
