Italian Jazz Night: Two greats of contemporary jazz meet and bring virtuosity, melody and the untamed to the stage.
His compositions are strongly influenced by improvisation, with the focus not on solo virtuosity but on the collective dimension: Emiliano D'Auria, pianist of Brooklyn Bound, finds inspiration in Mediterranean and Afro-American jazz culture and, with his American-Italian formation, invites you to listen deeply to this music.
Accordionist Luciano Biondini is one of the great virtuosos in his field. Trained as a classical musician, he found his way to jazz at the age of 25 and finally to a musical language in which the passion for the traditional songs of his Italian homeland can be heard.
