Beyond psychology, love begins and selfhood knows no age, as the old masters said. The best is yet to come, because it is never too late to discover your own dignity and vitality. This training can also be the start of your training to become a meditation therapist. Who knows? In the first section, we create a basis in which we familiarize ourselves with active and passive meditation techniques and the first mindful exercises in the working environment. Various neuomeditative exercises will accompany everyday life throughout this training. Through this long-term training, we experience the functioning of our personal mind and the sensitivity of our personality on a deeper level of being. We recognize our inner world, which is full of ideas, imprints and patterns, and get to know our inner spaces beyond these limitations. Insights into the history of the development of meditation and prospects for our daily existence.
