In German language. Three ZEN meditations of 10 minutes each alternate with almost 30 minutes of photographic walking meditations. - Please bring your camera, lens, memory card/film, spare battery, drink, comfortable clothing suitable for the weather, possibly a small mat to sit on. - Registration: - Canceled in rainy weather. - Costs: admission to the Botanical Garden, participation according to the Dana principle The ZEN of Photography Looking through the viewfinder of a camera can help you to see things better and more clearly and to look at them with more attention. Photography and meditation are not about the camera or about taking pictures. It's about yourself. It's about cultivating your own creativity and being aware of the present moment. Photography and Zen have something in common: immersion in a process. But Zen has no goal, no result, it is about the process itself. It is an attempt to take photographs with less intention than usual. It is simply about being present and creating a photograph with the camera.
