In my work, I frequently encounter children who feel overwhelmed by school, performance pressure, and daily life. Often this is also reflected in their bodies: restlessness, stomachaches, tension, skin problems, or fatigue.With my sound journeys, I aim to counteract this. The children experience how they can find a place within themselves during stressful moments where calm, strength, and lightness reside.Gentle sounds, small rituals, and dreamy imaginative journeys provide them with a brief break – a little oasis where they can simply be themselves.
