In the midst of nature, with a view of the water, we flow together through a 60-minute yoga practice that moves you, grounds you and calms your nervous system. Afterwards, a fresh smoothie awaits you - perfect to nourish your body and mind after the practice. 60 min - every FRIDAY (only in good weather) in July and August at the Landesbad Weyregg am Steg, from 08:00 - 09:00; you will find out whether the session is taking place at least 1h beforehand in the timetable or social media (Please check BEFORE you go to the lake whether the session will take place.
