Very gradually and carefully, we can let ourselves slide into a still unknown, NOTHING, and in doing so, get to know the loving side of darkness. Finding truly dark and quiet places has become difficult in densely populated areas. Even in the dead of night and far away from bustling cities, we find the reflection of civilization. Darkness is therefore foreign to us and we find it difficult to experience darkness and allow it to enter us. In the darkness, we gradually begin to develop trust in ourselves so that we can slowly and gently slip into an unknown NOTHING. The active mind begins to calm down so that we can remain completely relaxed in the here and now. It is also a journey into our becoming and the understanding of a BEING.
