The purchased gluten-free breads often do not taste good and are expensive. So bake your own bread! Which flours can I use? How do I get a fluffy bread that tastes almost like "normal" bread? How does sourdough go gluten-free? Incl. vegetarian and vegan lunch, coffee and sweet gf, detailed recipe booklet, breads and starter to take home, VAT. BRING: screw jar for the sourdough, bag for the breads An eventful day awaits you! We bake together different doughs with gluten-free flours.
