Yin Yoga is a calm, restorative practice that provides a soothing balance to an active daily life. We hold each pose for several minutes, giving the body time to release tension and maintain flexibility. At the same time, this creates space to connect with yourself and find peace. The practice fosters patience and the ability to approach even uncomfortable sensations with openness. This allows inner peace, a sense of expansiveness, and new perspectives to emerge. Once a month, we dedicate time to active meditation. Through movement, breath, and mindful self-awareness, it becomes easier to step out of familiar patterns and immerse ourselves in stillness.
