No previous knowledge is required, but curiosity and openness should motivate you to pause for a moment and accompany you during the days together. Silence courses are a wonderful way to empty the mind. The latest research confirms our desire to calm the mind through silence and, above all, to free our brains from old burdens. Most of us may have already experienced one or two silence courses and have already experienced the benefits of silence. It is not without reason that all traditions point out that silence is the third pillar of meditation and mindfulness, alongside daily practice and reflection.
