Due to the elevated position, the apartment is sunny all day and you can enjoy a great view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Mondsee. The public bath "Schwarzindien" can be reached on foot in about 2 minutes (about 250 m). Sports activities such as cycling, running and hiking can be started directly from the apartment. Other recreational opportunities (golf, water sports, fishing, climbing, etc..) are possible in the immediate vicinity. The center of Mondsee is 1.5 km away and the center of the cultural and Mozart city of Salzburg is 25 km away.
