Coffee and tea are included in the price. We also offer a breakfast service from the confectionery and bakery Nahmer. You need an 8-minute walk to the train station, 100 m to the bus stop, 2 minutes to the Kaiservilla, 150 m to the Lehar Theater and 200 m to the Kurpark. We have 16 restaurants and the confectionery „Zauner“ within a 500 m radius. We have our own parking space, as well a Babycots, bed linen, towels, shampoo and hairdryer. We also have a playground with a trampoline, swings and a wooden hut, as well as a pool in the garden from April to September. 3 generations live here under one roof and try to fulfill all your wishes.
