Your hosts, a German-Swiss business couple, had renovated the Klaushofstube in 2013/14 in a comprehensive and historically caring manner, and by this saved the lodge from destruction. To let guests experience our alpine lifestyle and nature, we lease the upper floor of the lodge as a self-contained holiday apartment with its own entry, own terracce, 2 bedrooms, traditional alpine kitchen-diner and large bathroom to holiday guests. If weather and time permits, we invite our guests regularly to barbecue evenings in the garden during summer, and to fondue events in the historic "Kaiserstube" (= Emperor's salon) on the private ground floor of the lodge during winter season. The gound floor apartment of the lodge is used by the owner's family as their private holiday residence only and is not leased to guests. However, it is possible to visit the historical Kaiserstube on request.
