The cultural capital can be reached by bus/car in just a few minutes. The Christmas markets in Linz and the surrounding area are a special experience every year. The Mühlviertel with its gently undulating winter landscape begins right on the doorstep. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts and Nordic walkers can enjoy themselves here. The family-friendly ski areas of the Mühlviertel (Kirchschlag, Sternsteinlifte,...) are 20 minutes away. The Hinterstoder ski area (Höss) is 45 minutes away. The thermal spas Bad Hall, Bad Schallerbach, Bad Zell (+/- 30 min) offer relaxing recreation and wellness. The apartment is modernly equipped and has a large terrace and a private garden.
