In the summer months, we also organise **learning camps for** **children and young people**. Our seminar house is located approx. 35 km north of Salzburg in the small community of Franking am Holzöstersee. In the **garden area of** the house you will find **spacious open spaces, a pond** with a stream, **numerous floating loungers,** an **amphitheatre**, **table tennis tables** and a **fireplace**. A total of three seminar rooms of different sizes and equipment are available. The warm bathing lake can be reached in a few minutes on foot via meadow paths and is the centre of the beautiful surrounding forest and moorland area. 60 beds, 3 seminar rooms with music systems and very attractive facilities: sauna, roof terrace and spacious outdoor facilities. Excellent cuisine, partly prepared with food from our own farm. Beautiful garden area with pond, floating loungers, amphitheatre and fire pit.
