oak and spruce set the tone and high-quality fabrics in calm colors harmoniously round off the appearance. The living area invites you to relax: a cozy sofa and a TV offer space for relaxing hours. Here you can relax after an exciting day or enjoy the fresh air and the view of the countryside from your own balcony. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in your pyjamas and includes a large fridge, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle and hob with oven. **The apartment has two separate bedrooms:** The first bedroom is very spacious and equipped with a cozy double bed and high-quality furniture - perfect for restful nights. The second bedroom, ideal as a **children's room**, is compact and cleverly furnished. It has a **pull-out bed** that is integrated into an elegant **spruce wood sleeping alcove**. This creates a cozy and functional sleeping area in this room. The bathroom offers plenty of space for your personal items.
