Via Klaffer am Hochficht and Breitenberg, the route runs through quiet villages and over panoramic climbs. After the descent towards Untergriesbach, the route returns to Austria via Neustift and Oberkappel. Further highlights are Putzleinsdorf, Sarleinsbach and Rohrbach-Berg, before the route leads back to Ulrichsberg via Aigen-Schlägl on side roads.
