From there, continue along the Enns along the Enns-Aktiv-Weg back to the train station. **Directions:** From the platform, go through the underpass into Fliederweg and from there follow the road into Lauchweg. Continue to the Lauchweg junction. Turn sharp right here onto a hiking trail (somewhat overgrown in summer). At the top, walk up the field path to the farm - here you pass the strawberry field. Behind the farmhouse, turn right as far as the road, turn left here and follow the road until you reach the end of the village sign for Kastnersiedlung (the verge is easy to walk on here). At the end of the village sign, turn left onto a meadow path, down to the Sieberlbach stream and follow the course of the stream (left bank) until you come to a road again. Continue here to the Lauchweg junction and turn right. Before the bridge, turn left through the underpass and continue along the stream. Shortly before the house, turn right steeply downhill to the waterfall (marked with yellow markings on the tree). Pass behind the waterfall into the cave and then left over the flowing water in front of the waterfall (if there is too much water flowing, you can also pass on the other side without crossing the water). From here, continue straight on from the waterfall onto the Enns-Aktiv-Weg. If the path down is too steep for you, you can take the path to the right of the house, which goes downhill more gently - at the bottom, turn right to the waterfall and continue left along the path. Continue along the Enns until the path goes steeply uphill, at the top it goes between two fences onto a short section of road, turn right and right here and past the Enns Lodge (great view) until the hiking trail continues on the right again. At the end of the Enns-Aktiv path (opposite a round chapel), turn left and follow the sidewalk slightly uphill to the station. **Tip:** Plan a stop to enjoy the strawberry field at strawberry time and the waterfall in Faller Bucht. **Equipment:** The required equipment always depends on the particular tour and the weather conditions. Regarding the food: This is very individual and it is recommended to have rather too much than too little with equipment and food. For a 5km round in the valley you need less than for a demanding tour in the mountains. The weather can change quickly and if you are not constantly on the move or need to take a break, for example, warming clothing is of great importance. We have a general checklist for you here: weather-appropriate running gear for the season - weather forecast - region - elevation. This includes: \* a waterproof rain jacket \* a waterproof rain trousers suitable for running \* Gloves and warm headgear (hood/headband/towel). \* sunglasses + sunscreen + headgear for very warm days Trail running shoes Drinking bottles, softflasks or a hydration bladder with enough liquid for the respective tour (if necessary also salt tablets/magnesium) Snacks for the energy boost in between: Energy bars, gels, chocolate, trail mix, Running backpack: ideally a trail running vest / a trail running backpack or a belly belt for small tours. Drypack: to keep your valuables or change of clothes dry (optionally a small garbage bag). Emergency blanket Small first aid kit. An Israeli bandage is highly recommended: this is a one-handed wound and pressure bandage. Details can be found here.
