Along the crystal-clear Alm and Steyr rivers, you get into the walking flow and are touched by the mountain world. Walking at walking pace through the forests and meadows of the Kremstal valley gives you time to walk within yourself. You will encounter places of power, spiritual places, heavenly views and impulses that increase your mindfulness step by step. You can then take the Mindfulness Trail from the House of Mindfulness along the Grünaubach stream to the alpine pasture, and then hike along the "Genuss am Almfluss" alpine riverside trail via Cumberland Wildpark to Jagersimmerl/Habernau.
