We walk just behind it over the meadow until we meet a hiking trail. We keep left of the path, which leads us to the Sauzahnbauer parking lot. Then we continue, walking along the main road of Ofen until the Gspörr farm in the Dandlgraben. Behind the farm, a pull path leads up into the forest, which leads us to the alpine meadow of the Jungscharalm. At the Jungscharalm, we come back onto a road and now walk to the Sauzahnbauer parking lot. Here we turn left and walk flat over meadow paths until it turns right again and we walk up to the Sauzähne. Past the climbing rocks, it goes behind over a narrow path back down towards the Schöffalerkapelle. **Equipment:** The required equipment always depends on the specific route and weather conditions. Regarding food: this is very individual, and it is advisable to have more rather than less equipment and food with you. A 5 km route in the valley requires less than a demanding tour in the mountains. The weather can change quickly, and if you are not constantly moving or need to take a break, for example, warm clothing is very important. We have a general checklist for you here: Weather-appropriate running clothes for the respective season – weather forecast – region – altitude. This includes, among other things: \* a waterproof rain jacket \* waterproof rain pants suitable for running \* gloves and warm headwear (cap/headband/buff) \* sunglasses + sunscreen + headwear for very warm days Trail running shoes Water bottles, soft flasks or a hydration bladder with enough fluid for the respective route (possibly also salt tablets/magnesium) Snacks for an energy boost in between: energy bars, gels, chocolate, trail mix, Running backpack: ideally a trail running vest / a trail running backpack or a waist belt for small tours. Dry pack: so that your valuables or change of clothes remain dry (optionally a small trash bag) Emergency blanket Small first aid kit. In my opinion, an Israeli bandage is highly recommended: this is a one-handed wound and pressure bandage. You can find details here. Emergency whistle (often integrated into the trail backpack) Mobile phone Maps (online and/or offline) E-Card or insurance card Some cash Crampons/spikes: these can be a great advantage in winter and on icy conditions. Die Verwaltung der einzelnen Jungscharhäuser liegt in den Händen der jeweiligen Hausverwaltung, mit der auch die Hausübernahme und -rückgabe zu vereinbaren ist. Bei der Hausübernahme wird auch der Schlüssel übergeben.
