The panorama route leads from Lamberg Castle to the Tabor Tower, along the Tabor path to the Uprimystiege, further over the Frauenstiege to the Museum Arbeitswelt and back again to Lamberg Castle. **Directions:** The circular route can be hiked in two variants. A metal sculpture now outlines the historic building. There are still a total of 144 graves and two mass graves in the cemetery. Most of the gravestones are made of granite or sandstone, there are only a few marble slabs. Some grave borders have been destroyed and only a few grave fences have survived. The cemetery is surrounded by a continuous high wall. ![Kollertor - Steyr](https://assets.tourdata.at/660x495/404617/7F7C90EA50B078A6595D45D5FF19C17E268F2A7910F916675A6179FCF079F565/kollertor-steyr.jpg "Kollertor - Steyr") Kollertor Das unter Denkmalschutz stehende Kollertor ist ein Stadttor im Stadtteil Ennsdorf in der Stadt Steyr. Es steht direkt am Ennsfluss. Schießscharten im Obergeschoss zeigen die einstige Wehrfunktion an. Der Name Kollertor rührt daher, dass die von den Schmieden benötigte Holzkohle, die von den Köhlern hergestellt wurde, von den Fuhrleuten durch dieses Tor transportiert wurde. Das zweigeschossige Torhaus stammt aus dem Jahr 1480 und ist mit dem Neutor am Grünmarkt und dem Schnallentor bei der Gleinkergasse eines von drei erhaltenen Stadttoren in Steyr. Im Jahr 1969 wurden die Schießscharten freigelegt, die sgraffitierten Eckquader erneuert, eine Steinreinigung durchgeführt und das Dach mit Biberschwanzziegeln ausgebessert.\] Im Jahr 2005 folgte eine erneute Instandsetzung, wobei ebenfalls auf ursprüngliches Erscheinungsbild Wert gelegt wurde. ![Neuntor - Steyr](https://assets.tourdata.at/660x495/404623/66F3D830F87184F2CD2363B0C4FB42968784A743C8BDE5E8AE3B7215C573D0F2/neuntor-steyr.jpg "Neuntor - Steyr") Neutor The Neutor is one of three preserved town gates in Steyr and is located at the entrance to Grünmarkt, towards the town square. The Renaissance building was built after 1572 by Jakob Marconi. The original purpose of the new building was to protect against floods, which are often very dramatic in Steyr, as was the case in 1572. For two centuries it housed the German school and in the 19th century the gendarmerie barracks.Since 1969, it has housed parts of the collection of the Steyr City Museum (the majority is located in the neighboring Innerberger Stadel). The south side was given a second arch in 1973 for traffic reasons. The frescoes on the river side of the gate were restored and a viewing balcony was built instead of the bridge\[4\].The city wall, which was demolished in 1829, is partially preserved in this section. From 1678, the town chronicle reports for the first time on “shipmasters”, the commanders of the ship's crew. Karl Weber was the last shipmaster in Steyr in 1943. At that time, the shipmasters' house could be entered underground from the Enns and served as a hostel for the shipmasters and raftsmen. The “Stirapurhc” was first mentioned around 980. The mighty castle keep is still preserved from the original fortress. In the 11th century, the Otakars administered their “Mark” on the Steyr (now Styria) from here. In 1727, the entire complex was destroyed in a fire and rebuilt by the Counts of Lamberg as a prestigious Baroque castle.
