On sunny days, the car park at Gleinkersee is hopelessly overcrowded, so take advantage of the Bike & Hike offer and ride your (e-)bike to the **changing point at Gleinkersee**! The bike tour takes about 1 hour from Windischgarsten | 11km | 285 m altitude; from Spital am Pyhrn approx. 40 minutes | 7.3km | 208 vertical meters and from Hinterstoder approx. 1.20 hours | 15km | 385 Hm (each one direction) added to the given tour details. **HIKE**: You start at the Gasthaus Seebauer at the Gleinkersee and go to the lake shore. Now take the path on the right along the bank to the opposite side. Here, hiking trail number 299 goes up to the Seegraben on the right. **Walking time Gleinkersee - Dümlerhütte approx. 2 hours.** After the Seegraben you reach the Zickalm and the path only leads a little further to the right up to the Dümlerhütte. You can also take path 218 back to the Gleinkersee.
