Highlights are the beaver tracks and the waterfall in the Faller Bay. **Directions:** From the Dürnbach railway station, walk left (towards Steyr) (pavement, approx. 300m) to the chapel, then turn right into the well-signposted Enns Aktiv Weg. After about 500m there is another short stretch of road - turn left after the house and turn back onto the trail between the two houses, here you continue right, down to a meadow and then to the waterfall in the Faller bay. If little water runs off, cross the water to the left of the waterfall (to the cave). Left of the cave up over the rocks and then you are back on the trail. Should there be too much water to traverse, climb up to the right of the waterfall and down behind the waterfall to the cave and then continue as previously described. Then always along the path, well marked and always 'information stones' (stone with QR code for information on the location). Continue along the Enns under the bridge to a creek mouth with a rest area. Turn right there and up along the stream until the path branches off left and right - choose right, up to the road and turn right onto the climb and follow the course to the warehouse. Turn right and along the fence from the warehouse in the direction of the tracks and turn left immediately before the tracks to Ternberg train station. Return the same way or alternatively by train back to Dürnbach train station **Tip:** Plan a break in the Faller Bay (waterfall) - natural heritage, place of power and always worth a photo; after a long period of drought, it unfortunately happens that the waterfall has dried up (nevertheless beautiful)**Safety guidelines:** On the Enns Aktivweg there are narrow, exposed sections and rocky or overgrown sections. Slightly exposed along the Enns, be careful when wet, especially in autumn when there are a lot of leaves. **Equipment:** The required equipment always depends on the particular tour and the weather conditions. Regarding the food: This is very individual and it is recommended to have rather too much than too little with equipment and food. For a 5km round in the valley you need less than for a demanding tour in the mountains. The weather can change quickly and if you are not constantly on the move or need to take a break, for example, warming clothing is of great importance. We have a general checklist for you here: - Weather-appropriate running gear for the season - weather forecast - region - elevation. This includes: \* a waterproof rain jacket \* a waterproof rain trousers suitable for running \* Gloves and warm headgear (hood/headband/towel). \* sunglasses + sunscreen + headgear for very warm days - Trail running shoes - Drinking bottles, softflasks or a hydration bladder with enough liquid for the respective tour (if necessary also salt tablets/magnesium) - Snacks for the energy boost in between: Energy bars, gels, chocolate, trail mix, - Running backpack: ideally a trail running vest / a trail running backpack or a belly belt for small tours. - Drypack: to keep your valuables or change of clothes dry (optionally a small garbage bag). - Emergency blanket - Small first aid kit. An Israeli bandage is highly recommended: this is a one-handed wound and pressure bandage.
