Once at the top, you will be rewarded with a fantastic mountain panorama.** Dream panorama on a dream tour. ------------------------------- The Almenweg ski tour starts at the calvary church in the Gosau valley. From there via the Herrenweg through the forest and the unique landscape of Gosau. In the upper part then, as the name suggests, via beautiful alpine pastures and past traditional huts. Arriving at the Hornspitz, we find ourselves in the middle of a fantastic panorama that shows us the Kalmberg and the Gamsfeld in the north and the bizarre peaks of the Gosaukamm and the Dachstein glazier in the south. All in all a technically easy tour with plenty of time to enjoy nature. Ascent route in unsecured, open terrain - NO SLOPE TOUR! Complete avalanche equipment (avalanche transceiver, probe, shovel), tour planning in advance and compliance with the local avalanche situation report.
