It leads from the Schoberstein, via the Mahdlgupf, the Dachsteinblick and the Brennerin to the Hochleckenkogel. Take the hiking path No. 820 as far as the Hochleckenkogel, then back to the Hochleckenhaus and hiking path No. 826 back to the point of destination at the Taferlklaussee. Start opposite the Fachbergbrücke and follow hiking path No. 820 leading up to the Schobersteinspitze, which is 1,035 m high. Then proceed up to the Mahdlgupf (1,261 m high), via the Dachsteinblick (1,559 m high); next via the Brennerin (1,602 m high) to the Hochleckenkogel (1,691 m high). From there return to the Hochleckenhaus and then take hiking path No. 826 leading down to the Taferlklaussee. Experience a wonderful all-day excursion from summit to summit with a superb view on the Dachstein and on Lake Attersee. For the way back you may, for example, use one of the [local taxi companies](https://attersee-attergau.salzkammergut.at/en/service/public-transport/taxi-companies.html). As an alternative, the tour can be ended at the Brennerin by walking down into the village or by staying overnight at the Hochleckenhaus.
