At the Windischgarsten sports ground, cycle towards the Billa supermarket and via Rading to Stummergut. Turn left here onto the R302 cycle path, past the Enghagen estate to Roßleithen (detour to Pießling Ursprung) - continue to Gleinkersee. From there down to Spital am Pyhrn - up the incline via Oberweng to Rosenau am Hengstpaß and down to Windischgarsten. If you still haven't had enough, you can optionally take on the Wurbauerkogel (3 km/250 metres in altitude).
