We start at the tourist office in Mondsee and walk past the cemetery through the Helenental valley to the Erlachmühle mill. We continue to "Punzau" to the MondSeeLand camp. We continue straight ahead and reach the shore of the Irrsee. At Hotel Pöllmann, we turn right and walk through the hamlets of Kasten and Schwand. We continue straight ahead back towards Mondsee through Weißenstein (Haidermühle) and back to Erlachmühle. We return to Mondsee along the familiar path.
