From the Röd car park, the trail leads along the forest road to the Almgasthof Hochsteinalm. **Start**: Gasthaus Hintenhaus, follow the road to the left towards Gasthaus Windlegern, downhill towards the SEMA company, take the first right into Mühlbachtal. From here, head back out of the valley towards Traunkirchen, after the first bridge turn right onto the Mühlbachberg and continue uphill to the Hochsteinalm Prakplatz.
