The trail begins on the forest road behind the hotel. After a few hundred metres, the path climbs very steeply to the right through the forest. After a short time, the first steps and steel cables begin. Continue along a forest path over a forest track until you reach a saddle. Some steel cables lead you directly below the summit of the **Predigstuhl**. A hiking trail then takes you back down to a forest road at the rear of the summit. The trail also serves as a **feeder route to various via ferratas**.
