Variant III of the Nordwaldkamm Trail, which leads through the old starting point of the ridge trail created more than 100 years ago to the Krkonoše Mountains, Rosenberg an der Moldau, branches off from the Nordwaldkamm Trail II north-east of Zettwing/Cetviny near Sinetschlag/ *Dolní Příbraní*, runs north of it and rejoins variant II south of Hohenfurt/Vyssi brod near Frauenthal/Frantoly.
