The two Gothic churches of St Peter's, with their almost unchanged appearance, are also a special experience for art lovers seeking peace and quiet. Nature lovers will also get their money's worth - on the Seppenhöhen trail. The hiking trail starts at the village square in Waldburg and leads you westwards to a wayside shrine with a white cross. From there you continue to Harruck. You pass the jubilee lime tree. After a few metres, you reach the Seppenhöhe with wonderful panoramic views of the Sternstein, Viehberg and Ötscher. Enjoy the vastness and recharge your batteries at this beautiful spot. Continue past the Groißenbauer farm and back along the Prücklberg estate road to the village centre. The Waldburg parish church can be admired from various perspectives throughout the hike. It is well worth taking a look inside the parish church with its three Gothic winged altars.
