From the parking lot in the Innerrosenau follow the road further into the valley until a sharp right turn. Now go to trail number 625 direction Laglalm. From the pasture, turn right and follow the signs to the hunting lodge. From here you have a nice overview of the summit slope - CAUTION! After Snowfall considerable avalanche danger! Now keep to the right, just going downhill into the trough, and later it gets steeper and it goes over the eastern flank to just below the summit in the saddle (ski depot). From here you go to the right in a few minutes to the summit cross from man mountain. Departure: the same route.
