From the valley station of the funicular Wurzeralm you go to the specially built tourers track on the Wurzeralm . Alternatively, you can also use the funicular , saving around 600 meters. Now drive from the mountain to the valley station of the chairlift Frauenkar , let this lie to the left and continue up the valley to Brunnsteinersee . Now climb the direction Talkessek red wall to the saddle at 1856 m. From here you go to the distinctive ridge on. CAUTION : often cornices or blown and hard. Now , continue up until you reach to around 2,000 meters, the Speikwiese . If you follow the ridge on, you get to Warscheneck . Departure: Either directly from the summit of the steep southern flank to Brunnsteinersee . When safe conditions a true Traumfirnhang . Or first, leave the saddle on the ridge toward red wall and as soon as the conditions allow , on beautiful slopes down to the frozen Brunnsteinersee . From here back to Wurzeralm station ( against rising about 120 meters altitude) and on the ski slopes back to the starting point .
