The paths are well signposted and initially lead a piece of goods roads, then through wooded areas up to the summit. A little hint: From Scharnstein over the Hauergraben: from the Hauergraben car park, the path leads past a wonderful daffodil meadow (flowering: May, walking time to the meadow approx. 20 minutes) Route from Scharnstein, Traxenbichl train station: From the train station it goes on an asphalt road to the Hauergraben supply route. Access by car is also possible up to here - public parking spaces are available. We continue on a forest road, past a daffodil meadow. Then turn left on **path W 411** to the passage - now to the left and follow the ridge to the Gifpfel.
