Keep left, from here the trail turns right shortly afterwards into the snow-covered winter forest. Follow the markings**"Hüttenecktour"**. The path now leads **slightly uphill** through **dense forests** until you reach the **Rossmoosalm** area after **about 30 minutes**. When crossing the **snow-covered alpine pasture** with its **snow-covered alpine huts**, you can already catch the **first views** of the **Dachstein Glacier** and the surrounding **mountain ranges**. Keep right, past the **upper alpine hut** and you will now reach the next marker. In another 15 minutes **slightly uphill** you will already be at the next fork in the path. On the left is the **"Kleine Rosenkogelrunde"** marker. Following to the right and after a **clearing**, you now reach a somewhat **steeper short section**, which leads you through the snowy winter forest again and again. And then it's there - the **Zwerchwand** with the **Mini Matterhorn including summit cross!** Follow the markings below the wall and cross it. Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the Goiserer Valley, the **[Hallstättersee](https://dachstein.salzkammergut.at/oesterreich-poi/detail/430017381/hallstaettersee.html?utm_source=tourdata&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=tourdata)** to the **Dachstein**. After another **last steep section** you will reach the **Dachstein** after approx. 15 minutes you will reach the **snow-covered alpine pasture** of the **Hütteneckalm**.
