For the barefoot hike, we recommend starting at the lido car park. From there, turn left onto the tarmac road towards Dorfibm. After about 1.5 kilometres, turn off onto the nature trail. The unspoilt path crosses fragrant moorland meadows with different moorland characters. It is a pleasure to walk on the swaying moorland and take in the calming aura of this mystical primeval landscape. The route continues along a paved cart track into a pristine copper beech forest. The rustling of the beech leaves and birdsong accompany hikers through this section of forest. The soles of the feet then receive an intensive massage on a short gravelled section of the path. Back at the lido, the route leads across the lawn to the "footbath". Guided tours with meditation exercises are available for groups.
