You have a good view to the Dachstein.** On the way to the Hinterer Gosausee lake, it is best to walk along the left side of the Vorderer Gosausee lake, where you have the Dachstein with its glacier in view. Past the Gosaulacke, there are a few steep passages towards your destination. Again and again you have great views of King Dachstein. Once you reach the Hinterer Gosausee lake, it is not far to the catered Hohe Holzmeisteralm. There you can fortify yourself with an alpine snack and enjoy a wonderful time.
