At a spruce is the signpost "Bromberg - Hohe Schrott". After crossing the bridge of the stream Frauenweißenbach starts the tour. The path begins at an old valley, passing a wild-feeding-place. You reach a forest road at which (after half an hour road march) you pass a timberyard and a hut. There you continue through a forest steep uphill. The path leads through a forest to a turn of a forest road. You have to follow this road for a few meters. The marked steep branches off to the left side of a crest. You cross a "Schlag" and a forest road. On a crest you hike the last 200 m of altitude. After an extensive pause you have the possibility to go on to the Petergupf, which offers an amazing view to the alpin panorama and the Salzkammergut.
