From the Steinergut in Vorderstoder take trail nr. 5 and 6 to the Riesergut, turn right in front of it and take a meadow path until just before the Cafè Saukogel. At the end of the path you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Garstner valley. The way back is also varied and marked with the nr. 6, starting off even at first before leading slightly downhills through a forest, then along a road to the Filzmoserreith farm. The path leads you directly through the farm courtyard (if necessary please open the gate!). Continue from here along a forest path with some steep passages until you get to the road leading uphills to the Cafè Saukogel. If you follow the road downhills you will get to the Filzmoser chapel, from where you can either continue along the main road or walk through the so called Torfstich to get to Vorderstoder.
