The "Way of St. James" leads from the commuter car park at the Geisensheim fire station right next to the motorway exit, initially heading west and then climbing slightly to the "Schneeberger" cider tavern. The route continues on meadow and forest paths to St Jakob's Church. Quiet, hilly paths lead via Fernreith (refreshments available at the "Fernreitherhof") to Wundersberg. After the motorway crossing, the route leads back to the starting point on asphalted but quiet and flat paths. The hiking map is available from the Pichl bei Wels municipal office.
