Pictures, short stories, a wide variety of materials and appealing music encourage them to **improvise imaginatively** . **Children's yoga:** Yoga is a lot of fun for children, and **elements of yoga** are **combined** **with dance and play** in children's yoga classes and wrapped up in imaginative stories. This improves their **self-awareness**, **creativity** and **body awareness** . In a children's yoga class, movement and rest alternate, they **experience the community** for social interaction. They train their **ability to concentrate** and correct **posture** . Children's yoga can help children to develop **inner peace and balance** . It is an **ideal** way for **schoolchildren** in particular to **balance out the stresses of everyday school life**. The **joy of movement** is the main focus!
